Unified Customer Profile Evolution: From Evergage to Salesforce Genie

My Role: Creative Director & Senior Product Designer

Led the redesign of Evergage’s Unified Customer Profile (UCP), incorporating user feedback, research insights, and industry best practices. Key tasks included removing restrictive doughnut charts in favor of bar visualizations, enabling display of more categories simultaneously. Introduced interchangeable dashboard cards for enhanced customization and relevance. The final redesign transitioned seamlessly into Salesforce Genie post-acquisition, showcasing advanced UI and data-driven insights for enterprise clients.
