Developed actionable guidelines, including message types, design standards, and template libraries, to enhance engagement, loyalty, and conversions. Focused on brand alignment, accessibility, and practical implementation of personalized campaigns. In addition to facilitating the workshop, I designed every visual, template, and material featured in the book, ensuring a cohesive and impactful learning experience.
